Popped in here after a Yelp event to kill some time... Had a Bee's Knees made with mezcal, tasty and good. Shared a carne pizza with friend, solid and tasty. Definitely would come back when in the area. Bartenders nice and the spot was super chill. Enjoyed it! Learned a lot about Mandela, Danny Glover, Black Panther movement with my Yelp buddy. Bartender was cool, part Navajo and we got to talking about Crystal NM....she had a BLT for dinner...

I love coming to Hannys, but I had a little trip to Dubai, and when I came back, I was on a big mocktail kick, so I wanted to review Hanny's. It's always so weird that places charge you the same for a mocktail vs. a cocktail when I remove the alcohol. Hannys is my soulmate. My mocktail was like 7 bucks, not 14 like most places, and it was scrumptious! Their hot honey pizza, you can't beat it; it's a classic staple here. We tried the steak sandwich, and it was super good as well! If you're chilling on drinking or want some tasty food Hannys is your spot! (their drinks are yummy with alcohol, too I might add)

I don't care about the other reviews Personally this place is a vibe and I love the food and drinks. Amazing place and food ! Service amazing !! First time coming and love it !

First off, Dominique was dope af!!! Great service and conversation as well as decided my dinner for me. The Good: GOOD is an understatement, DOMINIQUE was AMAZING! From start to finish, she made my dinner at Hannys memorable as I'm writing almost two months later about. The pizza was delicious. will get this when I come back to Phoenix. I was there for the Entomological Society of America annual meeting and this was last night we had dinner. Zero regrets. The butter cake was also am explosion of flavor in your mouth. Next time I'm ordering two. As a Dark Souls fan, I appreciated the peculiar statues for their decor. The Bad: it's a bit dark, but waa-waaa to me. It sets the mood. The Ugly: nothing, place was beautiful. I came here 1. For the name (my wife's uncle is named Hani) 2. I was recommend to when I asked for pizza, someone from the Hyatt restaurant where I was staying. I will be back, Dominique was awesome! Thank you for the delicious food and perfect service!

Chicken Pestos pizza, hanny's salad w/ added steak(private old menus) was excellent! Drinks were good! Ambiance was excellent, Waitress was good. Didn't take pic of food because we were starving. Picture of drinks

Hanny's is an interesting place, and I love it! It is on an old downtown department store. You will see left over signs that day "Pierre Cardin" and other branding. The bathrooms upstairs used to be dressing rooms and are now neon lit. It's pretty cool! There is a second small bar upstairs. There is one of the most interesting sculptures in the dining room, but the best part is in the basement. Go down the creepy stairs to see a bunch of dolls displayed behind a fence. It's really something to see! We come throughout the year, but always make a special effort at Christmas, when they put up a big "tree" every year. One year it was made of all white feathers (gorgeous!), and another year it was of broken wine glasses collected through out the year. The bar here is really good. We have always had delicious drinks here. It's a big bar with seating around three sides. There is also a place near the front with low sofas to sit and have drinks. Tonight we had the Panino with fries, a prosciutto pizza, the sausage and peppers sandwich with orzo salad, v and an Italian sausage pizza. As always, everything was delicious. Omg--that orzo salad is too die for!!! If you haven't been to Hanny's, make sure to put it on your list! And make sure to visit the basement (stop and look in the little dark niche in the wall halfway down) and the bathrooms upstairs.

We stopped in at Hanny's prior to a concert at the Footprint Center. It is close by and easy to find street parking nearby. We had a party of 7 and were pleasantly surprised we found seating right away as the place was crowded for a Monday night. I loved the vibe of the restaurant. The lighting, music, noise level was just right. People were actually dressed up which I loved. We ordered the sidewinders with sauce to start which is basically Parmesan fries but they are amazing. My husband and I ordered dirty martinis which were ice cold and delicious. Our friends ordered Negronis which they said were very good. Others ordered wine. Prices were on par. For food we ordered the carne and the spicy pizzas. Although they had a decent flavor, I would say pizza is not their strong point and I would call them more of a flat bread. The crust was not crispy, it fell kind of flat in all of our opinions. Another person ordered the chicken club which they said was fine. Our waitress was nice and attentive. I liked Hanny's and I would definitely stop in again for cocktails and appetizers if in the area.

Dined 10.27.24: It's been a while since I was here and happy to see the vibes are still the same! Came in late Sun night after a concert at Footprint Center just a short walk from the venue. Was quickly sat at the bar and ordered the Pepperoni & Sausage pizza and the Huckleberry Lemonade cocktail (one of my faves). Pizza was delicious and the Bartender was friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming back they have a steak sandwich I'm looking forward to trying out.

If you're looking for a grown and sexy vibe with good food and great drinks and little bit of mystery this is your place. They dont take reservations but this place is huge so don't worry. I just missed happy hr but I did order a sidecar. I wanted to try their pomegranate Jules but they were out. For food I started off with a shrimp and chicken Caesar salad. I've had this salad many times but this dressing and chicken just delicious. It surprised me it was an elevated salad. Very fresh and something about the dressing makes you keep going back for another bite. For my main course I had the airline chicken. It's a beautifully cooked roasted chicken with heirloom carrots over potatoes covered with a creamy white wine mushroom sauce. It was so light and feeling and the sauce is rich and velvety. It was so good I can't believe it was healthy. My only regret is I didn't have leftovers for the next day. My waiter Jorgi was so sweet and attentive. He just has a presence about him. This place has great photo opportunities and I love the inclusiveness of their bathrooms. P.S. before you leave checkout downstairs.

I came here after a baseball game, I honestly didn't know what to expect here but I did feel kinda underdressed with a baseball jersey and shorts on. It seems like a good spot to have a date at. The music was low enough to hear but also be able to hear the people you're talking to. I ordered the spicy pepper and sausage pizza. I really should've looked up what giadinera relish is because I did not like that topping on it. Besides that, it was just an average pizza, nothing special. I did try some of my friends orders, the fries are delicious, the tiramisu was great. I didn't like the pepperoni pizza, the pepperonis looked cheap, like those small thick pepperonis that are on some frozen pizzas. I would come here again but only for drinks, apps or dessert.
